Shooting Events

Cottesloe Heath – 10th August 2018

The main shooting event is the 2018 National Masonic Shoot on Friday 10th August 2018 to be held at Bisley Shooting Grounds – Cottesloe Heath ground

  • Registration at Bisley Shooting Ground’s Clubhouse from 9:00am until midday
  • Breakfast roll, tea and coffee available for purchase
  • Run under CPSA rules
  • Fibre Wads only, max 28g loads, cartridges available for purchase at Bisley Shooting Grounds
  • Last shots at 3pm

There are many other shooting options for those who would want to experience all the Bisley has to offer including:

Long Siberia – 9th and 10th August 2018

Pay and Play run by Bisley shooting Ground, which will be open on the Friday and also fully open to us on the Saturday 11th August 2018 (normally during the spring and summer months only stands 1-7 are open for “Pay and Play”, we have negotiated full access to all the 23 stands on a summer Saturday for those shooting with us on the Friday

Please note, fibre wads only, 28g max load, SGC and insurance required (insurance can be purchased for the day if required)

Pay and Play

National Clay Shooting Centre – 9th and 10th August 2018

The NCSC has a wide range of shooting available. Typically you have the option to “Pay and Play” at

  • English Skeet
  • Olympic Trap / Automatic Ball Trap
  • Down The Line
  • Olympic Skeet (normally only available on week days)

The NCSC is open most days and this will not be an arranged shoot by us but their standard “Pay and Play” arrangement. The NCSC is located just 200 yards from the Bisley Shooting Ground where the main competition is being hosted

Why not make a weekend of it?

If you fancy putting a lot of lead down the barrels over a couple of days then consider part of, or even the whole of, the following:

  • Friday morning
    • Join us for a breakfast roll tea/coffee at Bisley Shooting Ground, Bisley Camp
    • 2018 National Masonic Shoot at Cottesloe Heath
  • Friday Afternoon
    • Try English Skeet. Automatic Ball Trap or Down The Line at National Clay Shooting Centre
      • If we have enough interest we may put these on as side competitions
    • 2018 National Masonic Shoot Prizegiving
  • Friday late afternoon
    • Prince David Lodge #4915 will be holding their meeting at the Sit Perpetuum Temple on site (200m from Bisley Shooting Grounds,
    • Smart shooting attire or dark suite/white shirt. All masons welcome
  • Friday evening
    • Prince David Lodge will be hosting a White Table at the Artisits Rifle Club on Bisley Camp. As a White Table it is open to non-masons, family and friends
  • Stay overnight at one of the shooting clubs, cabins or camp
  • Saturday morning
    • Pay and Play at Long Siberia, Bisley Shooting Ground
